BC2 Game Modes

Dawg - The Poll area is all whited out. Can't see the choices for some reason. Any idea?

Peeps - What game mode do we want to play in? They have Conquest which I think is similar to Domination where you control points on the map, and the Rush mode blowing up the crates. The Squad Deathmatch could be interesting where there are four squad of 4 peeps playing against each other. Basically a death match with 4 friendlies. I think it would only be a 16 player slot server which would save money. It would only reduce your total targets by 4 people.

So what do we go with?

Squad Rush
Squad Deathmatch
Conquest

The 4 squad thing sounds hard to coordinate players. I say we do conquest for a little while till we get the swing of it (pretty straight forward). Most of us have been playing this mode in mw2 for a while now. We can also play one mode every couple days and see what grows on us, or what draws other players.

Just came across this youtube clip on squad deathmatch in case anyone is interested.

In this interview, the producer says that on squad deathmatch you can either spawn from a certain point on the map, or spawn on another teammate that puts you right back into it.

From what I know so far, Conquest would probably be the best. I guess thats the 'classic' BF game mode?

My Idea, And it worked for me is to highlight that whole area. You then can see the options and vote and after it shows the results its not white anymore. I think it has something to do with the theme.

I say start with conquest and leave that for 4 or 5 days then change it.
