BF3 Servers Now Running in Case You're Interested

Can't believe this website is still going. Whose paying for it? :-)  Let me know if you know.

Looking forward to the new Battlefront coming out at the end of the year. Thought it would be a good hold over to put up a BF3 server to hold me over :-)  In case you're interested, there are three going right now. The DLC maps server is a sink or swim on it's own. It has about three weeks left.  I'l make a concerted effort trying to keep the 32-slot original maps rotation one going. Same with the Close Quarters. Thats some great fast indoor gameplay.  Here are some links that will take you to the Battlelog for each server.  If you're ever interested, come check them out. In BF3 I am playing under the name, blackho1e.  So don't look for Antares.

Good to hear from you Moon. No worries on making any contributions, I don't mind paying for them.  I put three up mainly to experiment. The 16 slot server will probably get turned off at month's end. The TDM server is doing ok on it's own. Doorkiller and I spent some time in the beginning getting it on people's radars, so it does it's own thing now. I have my sights set on the 64 slot Conquest Large server. I'm enjoying the game mode and maps right now. Not sure if you've played much conquest in the past? If not, it's a lot of fun once you figure out the do's and don't's.  

The one possible issue for you with the Conquest server is that it is a Premium server meaning it's playing the DLC maps, not the stock maps. So if you're not Premium, then you can't join. What I would be willing to do for you and Scuba is pay for half the premium upgrade. It's $30, so it would cost you $15. I don't mind helping out at all.

I'm going to jump on the vent server this evening. Not sure what your gaming time line is like?

I have no problem paying for the upgrade although your offer is appreciated. I have spent more in one night on entertainment than the cost of a game, and you cant take a concert home with you.

I am around in the evenings after 8:00.

I haven't checked vent very often lately so if you want to set up a time to get together and talk let me know. I'll check this post again tomorrow at 6:00.

Good to hear you're still around. I've wondered what happened to you guys 'down under'. Ever talk to Bigtroopy? I played BF4 for awhile but grew tired of the hit registry issues. As in, I'm shooting the shit out of somebody and they're not dying, yet they seem to kill me with just a few bullets. Or the infamous running around a corner to get away from fire and the bullets seem to magically follow you around the corner and kill you. Its a fun game and every now and then I fire up a round. But I get more enjoyment and like the maps better in BF3.I also occasionally play BC2, mainly the squad deathmatch and Vietnam expansion. I'm just trying to bide time until BF5 comes out. Hopefully they don't screw that game up.

I forgot I had this site set up! It's not being payed for as it is a free forum. I got an email the other day as someone had signed up and needed approval.

How is everyone? I have been playing DayZ Standalone and Path of Exile these days and on the very odd occasion BF4. I work in Sydney now for those Aussies who still check this. Good to hear from those who have posted, especially you Antares, you really fell off the radar there for a bit!
